The ARC Women’s Lacrosse team is an exciting and fun opportunity for athletes to make new friends, develop lacrosse skills, and compete against other colleges and universities in California. We are committed to be a welcoming and inclusive community of student athletes.

The women’s lacrosse team is a college-sponsored club and the first women’s club sport at ARC. We are the only community college lacrosse program in Northern California and one of only two such programs in the state. Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in California. With nearly 20 high school girls' teams and many more youth programs in the Sacramento region, ARC Women’s Lacrosse provides a unique opportunity for athletes to continue in the sport they love.

We are excited to welcome interested players; lacrosse experience is not necessary. We have athletes from soccer, basketball, and other sports. Our team is comprised of both veterans and new lacrosse players. Our coaches will train players in lacrosse skills and rules to be able to compete in the Western Women’s Lacrosse League.
